FS#455 - record: move character outside screen behind buttons = hard to bring characters back into screen

Situation: screen record: I move characters ouside of the screen behind the interface buttons

Problem: the character behind the effect button can’t be returned at all and it’s hard to bring back the characters behind the record button and okay button. The buttons get triggered accidentally by that attempt → SC41

i would leave it like it it, because in record mode it's a edge case and kids learn it that you shouldn't do that.

but we could disable the functionality on the top edge so you can not stick characters to the top.
