FS#3580 - android - home screen/selection menues: volume of background music is too low

test version: 1.40
test devices: F3111-Android6.0, Nexus6-Android7.1.1, SM-G935F-Android8,
H3113-Android9, I4113-Android10, A217F-Android11, SM-G991B-Android12

1. launch app > background music is playing

BUG: The volume for one of these songs is way too low compared with other songs and sound effects → mov01
