FS#1802 - paywall: trigger restore in offline mode = error message isn't displayed

test version: 0.84
test devices: iPadMini2_iOS10.3.3, iPadAir1_iOS11.1.2, iPadAir2_iOS12.0.1

Situation: I go to offline mode and enter the paywall. Now I tap the restore button

Problem: the error message isn’t displayed in this case

Update: the issue has changed: now the info message 'connecting to store' is displayed when I trigger the restore in offline mode. As a result the spinner is endless running
