Situation: patrol - bike/motorbike/segway: the vehicle arrives at the crime scene or at the accident scene

Problem: the position of the vehicle is faulty:
a) bike/motorbike: the vehicle rears up and is standing on the rear wheel when it drives off again → SC47-SC49
b) segway: the vehicle is floating in the air → SC50 + SC51
