FS#905 - basic state: tap waving character > speech bubble appears = peak of bubble doesn't point on mouth

Situation: I tap a waving character and the speech bubble appears
Problem: the peak of the speech bubble is not pointing on the mouth → SC34
Note: it happens only to the four characters of the basic state: reception, surgery, plaster, x-ray
