affected device: Samsung Galaxy S8+

Problem: a customer complains that he can’t trigger/enter the scene ‘stork’:
(...) I don’t think the entire app screen as such shows up on my phone’s screen. This makes it difficult to see the spider and I can’t seem to get to the stork. The arrow is pointing to the roof above the chickens but no matter where I touch I can’t get them to appear.
