FS#4348 - LittleBuilders-android - home screen - rating banner: google play app don't open/no linking to app

1. go to home screen > rating banner (slide-in) is shown up
2. trigger banner > rating banner disappears
BUG: the google play store app doesn't open by this action. As a result, there is no linking to the app
