FS#3757 - [support] Animal Doctor: user asks for left-handed settings

Problem: a user complains about bad usabilty for left-handed users as the characters always are covered by the left hand:

Hallo, ich finde eure App wirklich wundervoll. Jetzt das Aber: mein Sohn ist Linkshänder und es ist für ihn unfassbar schwierig zu spielen, da seine Hand immer vor den Tieren ist. Es wäre wirklich super, wenn man das Spiel auch spiegelverkehrt einstellen könnte

Note: I think we should keep this suggestion in mind if it’s not too much work
