Problem: two users complain about non-working app:

- There’s something wrong with this app. When I tried it,it kept stopping. Could you fix? Help!

- Crashes every time it’s opened! Four year old is devastated. Trying on an android tablet with 11 software, no android 12 available so new software isn’t the cause. Instantly requested a refund, waste of money.
