FS#3147 - NNC-iOS - purchase screen: restore button don't work

test version: 2021122103
test devices: all test devices from iOS11.4.1 to iOS15.2

1. go to purchase screen
2. tap restore button > parental gate is shown
3. enter correct numbe
4. parental gate gets removed

BUG: there is no further response after removing the parental gate. As a result, the restore can’t be done → mov01
