FS#170 - ingame: exit app and return > close pause menu > open pause menu = device back button not working

Situation: ingame: I put the app to the background by home button and return to foreground. The pause menu is present and I close it (by back or close button). Now I open the pause menu again by button pause and want to exit it by device back button

Problem: the device back button is not working in that state, the pause menu can only be closed by close button - the bug is resolved when I re-enter ingame screen.

Note: It’s an edgecase bug and for me is no need to fix it for that release
