FS#1527 - OG: select language > start game > return to start screen = parents area uses device language

store version 1.4
test devices: iPadAir2_iOS11.4.1, iPhone6s_iOS12.0

Situation: I select a language in the language selection (e.g. ES). Now I start the game and return to the start screen

Problem: the parents area doesn’t use the selected device anymore (ES), it uses the device language (EN)
