FS#718 - UC - iPad5, ipadPro10.5: screen is cropped on left and right edge

affected devices: iPad5(2017)_iOS11.0.3, iPadPro10.5_iOS11.1

Problem: the screen is cropped on the left and right edge. As a result these devices have a smaller view → SC27-SC29

Note: it doesn’t happen to other pad devices, please compare with iPadAir2: SC30-SC32
