Problem: the app is incompatible to my GPP test device → SC17 + SC18

Note: we had a similar issue for ArtAdventure which was solved by adding arm7 compatibility

Situation:
1. install + launch app
2. splash screen is shown up

Problem: the app stuck for a while in this screen then it closes down → SC09

Note: the app launch is working well for iPadMini4_iOS11.4.1, iPhone6s_iOS12.4.1 and iPadAir1_iOS12.4.8
